1. Eligibility for Returns
- Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been purchased, accessed or downloaded, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Physical Products: If you have purchased a physical product, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Services and Consultations:
- All sales for services, including consultations and coaching sessions, are final.
- If you need to cancel an appointment (consultations or coaching sessions), you must do so 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds are not available for services once the service contract has been signed, as services will have already begun.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at returns@choosetowinllc.com to request a return authorization. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- Return Authorization: Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with a return authorization number and further instructions to return items if applicable.
- Return Shipping: Pack the item securely and include a copy of your return authorization. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs on physical goods.
3. Refunds
Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
4. Exceptions
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at returns@choosetowinllc.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
